Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

Customers are requested to carefully review product descriptions, size details, and images before placing an order.

In the rare case that you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective item
• A wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear unboxing video
• Photos of the product

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

We are not responsible for minor color differences.

Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing.
